Your real service area comes first.
A Dallas business may serve a neighbourhood, the city or a wider region. Those are different customer journeys. Establish where you can deliver the work, which services are available and what a qualified enquiry looks like before creating location pages.
The website should make those boundaries easy to understand. A service-area page can be more useful than a long list of nearly identical city pages. A dedicated location page earns its place when it adds relevant, specific information for that market.
Connect the profile, the website and the next step.
Business information
Check the real business name, contact channels, hours, categories and service details wherever customers find them.
Useful service pages
Explain the service, customer fit, practical process and information needed for a quote or conversation.
Genuine proof
Use permitted project examples, real photographs and honest customer feedback. Keep unverified claims out.
A working enquiry path
Make the contact options readable on a phone and confirm that requests reach the person responsible.
A Business Profile needs an eligible business.
A city-targeted domain is not proof of a business location. Verify the actual operating model and current profile eligibility before creating or changing a Google Business Profile. Use the real business information and the appropriate approach to displaying or hiding an address.
Google describes relevance, distance and prominence as important factors in local results. Accurate information helps customers understand the business; an SEO provider cannot control every factor or sell a guaranteed map position.
A truthful local presence. This review site does not claim a Dallas office, publish a street address or represent an eligible Google Business Profile.
A practical first review.
- Confirm services, operating area and how an enquiry is handled.
- Review current business listings and any existing profile access.
- Check the most important service pages and the mobile contact journey.
- Prioritise inconsistencies and content gaps with evidence.
- Agree how completed work and qualified enquiries will be reported.
Track changes against a dated baseline. Profile activity, website visits and confirmed leads answer different questions; they should not be combined into an invented customer total.
